A growing number of members are following several of our PHCC coaches and visiting the Cardiff International White Water Centre as well as Lee Valley and of course the rivers of Dartmoor.  In recent years an increasing number of members have taken the 3-star white water award

If the tide is flowing strongly in or out of the Harbour there is an opportunity to develop your skills without travelling very far at all.  The rail bridge at Rockley spans a narrow gap through which the tidal waters have to flow and this provides some exciting moving water experience in accentuated flow rates - a regular trip on the Wednesday  Club Nights when conditions are right.
