Steve & Paulette Hills

The role of the Training Coordinator(s) is to make provision for courses to enhance and develop the paddling skills of our club members in the various disciplines of the sport.

The training officers will outline a plan of the training opportunities and these are shown on the club’s ‘WebCollect’ site.  The course may change as more are added in response to requests made to the training officers and if couches are available these will continue to run throughout the Summer months. Payment can be made through ‘WebCollect’

Steve & Paulette are both keen Sea Kayakers and Open Boat enthusiasts who paddle and lead trips regularly.  

Steve has delivered and assessed on many levels from basic training to advanced skills on courses for Sea and Canadian Canoe handling as well as introductions to Kayak Surfing and Paulette has recently been extending her experience in canoes on dynamic moving water
