The role of the Junior Coordinators is filled by Martin Jones and Ian Chivers.  Both Ian and Martin are already familiar figures to many Juniors from Lake Pier and Ferndown Pool activities - and from both of their  adventures in arranging some recent family camping and trip events.

When fit, both have an interest in Open Canoeing but also with an interest in sea kayaking  and rivers too.  They are responsible for all Junior activity - being actively involved at Lake Pier, Wimborne Riverside and Ferndown Pool.  

Both have a huge amount of support from other qualified coaches, Paddlesport Activity Assistants and many Parent Helpers.  The Junior coaching team includes; Allen Westerby [Head Junior Coach]  Cheryl, Paul, Martin, Mike, Ian, Neil and Tom who between them cover Lake Pier, Wimborne Riverside and Ferndown pool.
